The former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency Chairman for Afigya Kwabre South, Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, who is popularly known as COKA, has made a passionate appeal to the rank and file of the party to be careful about any statements they may make today against one another.

According to him, Ghanaians would support only one NPP candidate ahead of the 2028 general election, hence reminded them to be mindful about what they say today.
“Let’s be careful about what we say today against one another. I wish Professor Mike Oquaye’s report was made public to stakeholders in the party to guide us all,” he said.
COKA, as he is affectionately called in the political space, made the appeal on his usual Facebook page post. The former Afigya Kwabre South NPP chairman admitted that the supporters of the party have the right to support whoever they want in any internal contest, but they should do it peacefully with respect for the other candidates because in the end, they would have to market the winner to Ghanaian voters.
