For the first time in the Ashanti Region, the Ashanti Regional Chapter of the Ghana National Association of Garages in collaboration with Otec FM offered free auto diagnostics to drivers and car owners in Kumasi.

In an effort to demonstrate gratitude to all of the listeners of the Auto-Mobile Educational program, which is broadcast on radio every Sunday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. dube as “The Garages Hour,” on Otec FM, GNAG and Otec 102.9 mzh organized a free automobile diagnostic program for hundreds of drivers and car owners.
Addressing the media, Alhaji Luqman Mohammed Nuhu Appiedu, regional chairman of the Ghana National Association of Garages, stated that with the development of technology, it is now much simpler to identify and solve issues as a mechanical engineer with the use of diagnostic equipment.
In order to stay in business, Alhaji Luqman advised skilled artisans to modernize and embrace technology.
Agyemang Kwaku, Frederick Manu, and Awini Adams, who benefited the free diagnostic program expressed their appreciation to GNAG and Otec FM and quest for the continuity of the program.
Alhaji Luqman also appeals to the government to support the master craftsmen to acquire modern equipment to enable them provide quality service to the nation.
