The President of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA), Albert Dwumfour and the Executives of the Ashanti Regional Branch have commiserated with Management of Despite Media Company on the sad demise of a member of staff, Samuel Aguuri.
Samuel Aguuri popularly known as AGUNU in the media space passed on to glory on Monday March 2, 2026, after a short illness.
The leadership of GIA extends their heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues at Hello Fm and UTV and the entire media fraternity.
May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may God grant comfort and strength to all who mourn his loss.
All sympathizers are invited to mourn with the family at his final funeral rites on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Twapiase Roman Catholic Church Park, near Obuasi.
