The Residents at Kronum Aboahia in Kyerase Electoral Area in the Suame Municipal of the Ashanti Region have expressed their gratitude to President Johnn Dramani Mahama led administration for the swift action taken to fixid the bad roads in the area.
According to the residents, Hon Frank Owusu Ansah, the visionary young Municipal Chief Executive for Suame Municipality is doing marvelous in the area of development since his assumption of office.
Mr Rockson Fosu Koduah the Director of Elections And IT for NDC in Suame Constituency applauded him for the immediate steps considered to fix the streets in the area to control traffic and reduce pressure on the Suame, Maakro highway.
Some of the Residents expressed worry about the current state of the streets and how it’s affecting their business. They hardly get to work on time despite how early one may set off to work due traffic, he or she would likely find himself in.
They said the roads were abandoned for over eight years, but immediately the situation was reported to the Suame MCE, the engineers are on the road fixing it under the direction of the able MCE.
They therefore expressed their excitement about the government move to address road issues in the area and outline the plans to tackle other challenges in the Municipality.
