“If these matters are observed, the path will be paved for you to reach days of greatness and glory, and the closest example of this—God willing—is victory over the en£my in the current w@r
The third part of my speech is a sincere expression of gratitude to our brave f!ghters who, in circumstances where our beloved homeland was subjected to an unjust att@ck by the leaders of the arr0gant powers, blocked the en£my’s path with their powerful blows and shatter£d their illusion of controlling or even dividing this country.
O Mujahideen brothers! The will of the masses is to continue effective and deterrent defense. The option of closing the Strait of Hormuz must also be continued. Studies have been conducted on opening other fronts where the enemy lacks experience and will be extremely vulnerable, and this will be implemented if the state of war continues and as dictated by the interests of the nation.
I also extend my sincere thanks to the Mujahideen of the Resistance Front. We consider the countries of the Resistance Front to be our best friends, and the cause of resistance is an integral part of the values of the Islamic Revolution. Undoubtedly, the cooperation of the components of this front shortens the path to liberation from the Zi0nist sedition.
We have seen how the courageous and faithful Yemen did not abandon the defense of the oppress£d people of Gazaa and how the sacrificing Hezbollah supported the Islamic Republic despite all obstacles. Likewise, the Iraqi resistance has bravely followed this path.
In the fourth section, I address those who have suffer£d in recent days, whether they have lost loved ones to martyrdom, been wounded, or had their homes and businesses damaged. First, I express my deepest sympathy to the families of the honored martyrs. This stems from my shared experience with them. In addition to my father, whose loss has become a national tragedy, I have also bid farewell to my beloved and devoted wife, my selfless sister who dedicated herself to serving her parents and received her reward, her young child, and my other brother-in-law, the honorable scholar, joining the ranks of the martyrs.
But what makes patience in the face of such calamities possible, indeed easy, is the unwavering faith in God’s categorical promise of a great reward for those who persevere. Therefore, we must be patient and rely on God’s mercy.
Secondly, I assure everyone that we will not overlook the need to avenge the bl00d of your martyrs. This vengeanc£ is not limited to the martyrdom of the leader of the revolution alone; rather, every individual of our people who is martyred at the hands of the enemy constitutes a separate case in the file of retribution.
A limited portion of this retribution has been achieved thus far, but it will remain open until it is fully realized, especially concerning the bl00d of our children.
Therefore, the crime deliberately committed by the en£my at the “Taiba Tree” school in Minab and elsewhere has a special significance in this pursuit.
Third, those wounded in these att@cks must receive appropriate medical treatment free of charge and benefit from certain other privileges.
Fourth, as far as possible under the current circumstances, sufficient measures must be taken to compensate for the financial damage inflicted on private property. These two matters are mandatory for the officials, who must submit a report to me on their implementation.
I emphasize that we will demand compensation from the en£my. If they refuse, we will seize from their funds as we deem appropriate. If that proves impossible, we will destr0y an equivalent amount of their property.
The fifth section is addressed to the leaders of certain countries in the region. We share land or sea borders with fifteen countries, and we have always desired warm and constructive relations with all of them.
However, the en£my has established military and financial bases in some of these countries for years to ensure its dominance over the region.
Some of these bases were used in the recent att@ck, and therefore—as we have previously warned—we targeted only those bases, without att@cking those countries.
We will be compelled to continue this course of action if the use of these bases persists, while reaffirming our unwavering desire for friendly relations with our neighbors.
We advise these countries to close these bases immediately, as it has become clear to them that the United States’ claim to be bringing security and peace is nothing but a li£.
Finally, I pray that God’s special grace will encompass the Iranian people and all Muslims and the oppress£d of the world during these blessed days.
In conclusion, I ask our Master, the Imam of the Age (may God hasten his reappearance), to pray for our people during the remaining nights and days of Qadr in this blessed month, granting them a decisive victory over the en£my, and bestowing upon them honor, prosperity, and well-being, and that our martyrs may attain the highest ranks in the Hereafter.”
